Lightweight fuel tanks were designed for durability and accuracy, undergoing rigorous testing to ensure quality. Handrails, made from embossed tubing, are produced on a call-off basis to provide flexibility and adapt to GM Coachwork’s evolving requirements. The Scoot N Stop system, a secure locking mechanism for mobility scooters, has been continuously refined to meet the needs of end-users. Additionally, Aldermans recently developed luggage racks for Hitachi vans, demonstrating our ability to adapt and innovate for new projects and vehicle types.
To ensure the highest standards of quality, Aldermans implemented custom leak-testing systems for the fuel tanks, which minimised retesting costs and guaranteed product reliability. Each prototype and production-ready component undergoes thorough inspections to ensure consistency and compliance with strict quality standards, supporting GM Coachwork’s commitment to delivering life-changing mobility solutions.
