We utilised our state-of-the-art Laser Punch Combination Machine and HFE Amada Press Brake to produce vertical panel uprights with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. Although the fold requirements for these panels were relatively straightforward, the detailed specifications required exact dimensional tolerances. By adapting the fold sequence, we consistently achieved critical measurements within tight limits.

During production, we responded to updated standards by introducing an additional process to ensure the panels were scratch-free and ready for finishing. These panels, being customer-facing components, underwent thorough quality checks, supported by custom inspection gauges that improved inspection times by 50%.

To streamline the supply chain and ensure uninterrupted production, we worked closely with our trusted suppliers, sourcing materials from Sebden and tooling from Amada.
