The requirement

Suresense Technologies needed durable, lightweight brackets and adaptors to support their Radius LED ST streetlight. These components had to endure extreme weather, ensure compatibility with existing lampposts, and maintain a sleek design, all while meeting tight project deadlines.

The solution

Aldermans partnered with Suresense to design and manufacture bespoke components. Rapid prototyping of the bracket was achieved using advanced laser cutting and press brake technology. Aldermans also optimized the fixing adaptor’s design for production, ensuring a perfect fit and robust performance with precision laser cutting.

The outcome

The collaboration enabled Suresense to confidently launch the Radius LED ST, meeting deadlines and delivering a sustainable lighting solution. Aldermans’ components enhanced the product’s durability, functionality, and design, solidifying Suresense’s reputation for energy-efficient innovation.
